Message templates for creating, modifying, and canceling appointments

These message templates are designed to be sent when specific events occur in the record log of your Altegio branch. The Create Record event template is sent immediately after you create a record for a customer.
In addition to the record creation, modification, and deletion events, other types of events are available.

These notifications can be received not only by customers, but also by branch employees, if their Altegio account settings include current phone numbers with WhatsApp or any other messenger with which integration is available in our service:

It is possible to customize the sending of notifications by a certain selection: for certain services, when making an appointment with certain masters, for certain categories of clients. To do this, you should select the necessary parameter on the template editing page (the screenshot shows an example of customizing the sending for all available services and all masters): 

Our service allows you to customize additional conditions for sending notifications.
For example, you can customize the one-time sending of the record creation notification only for the first visits. To do this, you need to select the condition "How many visits were LESS than the number of visits (specify the number in the "Settings for additional conditions" field)" and set the value to 1:

Also, at the very bottom of the template settings page there is a button to attach a media file (or several media files) to the notification template
