Open lines

The type of communication through "Open lines" makes it possible to communicate with clients through the "Open lines" of Bitrix. When this setting is enabled for the first time, a connector is created in the "Contact Center" with the name of our application, "WhatsApp Help."

 


Also, a new "Open Line" will be created with the "WhatsApp help" connector connected.

 


After that, you can immediately start communicating with clients.


You can contact the first client through the SMS service on WhatsApp. After sending an SMS, the status of the message is marked as "Delivered."

 


At the same time, you still have the opportunity to send SMS through other services.
