Configuring message templates for customers who did not come for an appointment and did not make a new one

Our functionality allows you to send messages to those clients who did not come for an appointment and did not make a new one.

The system selects only those clients who have no appointments at all after a visit with the "Client has not arrived" status, and the bot sends a template message to such a client on WhatsApp after a specified period of time.
