SAFE PAYMENT AND REFUND PROCEDURE

 

To pay for our services by bank card, select payment method: by bank card in the "Balance" section of your personal account.

Payment can be made using bank cards of the following payment systems:

  • VISA International;

  • Mastercard Worldwide;

  • JCB.

When you pay for your order by a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details:

  1. card type

  2. card number,

  3. card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card)

  4. Cardholder's name (in Latin letters, exactly as printed on the card)

  5. CVC2/CVV2 code

 

If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of your card issuing bank for authentication. Check with your bank card issuer for the rules and methods of additional identification.

The security of processing of internet-based payments via the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by an internationally recognized PCI DSS security certificate. Information is transmitted using TLS encryption technology. This information is not available to unauthorized persons.

Tips and advice on the necessary security measures for making payments with a bank card:

  1. take care of your plastic cards the same way you take care of your cash. Do not leave them in the car, restaurants, shops, etc.

  2. Never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company

  3. Always have the emergency phone number of your card issuing bank and contact the bank immediately if you lose your card

  4. Enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reason.

 

Dear Customers, please be informed that if you request a refund on cancellation of a purchase, the refund will only be issued to the same bank card from which the payment was made.

Refunds of the transferred funds are credited to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
