Instructions for Integrating Message.help with Bitrix24

Installation Steps

If you haven't created your project yet:
- Go to your Bitrix24 account and install our "Message Help" app from the "Market" section;

- Next, you’ll need to register on our website: link;
- After registering, create a project in our admin panel with Bitrix24 integration;

- In the final step of creation, you’ll need to specify the general link to your Bitrix24;

If the project has already been created, simply install the Message Help app from the Bitrix24 Market;
Then go to the "Settings - Bitrix" section in your account on our website and make sure that the link to Bitrix24 is indeed specified in the project settings (the link should look exactly like the gray preview example, without a slash at the end):

Once you’ve completed these steps, the integration between our service and Bitrix24 is complete.
