Connecting a Viber Channel

Instructions: How to Add a Viber Channel

Step 1. Add the channel to your plan

  1. Go to the My Plan section.
  2. Open your plan settings and select the Channels tab.
  3. Click “Add Channel” and select Viber from the list of available channels.

Step 2. Proceed to channel authorization

  1. Go to Settings → Channels.
  2. Find the Viber channel you added in the list and open it.
  3. Proceed with channel authorization.

Step 3. Channel Authorization

  1. Enter the Viber phone number you want to connect.
  2. Open Viber on your smartphone, then go to the More tab → Settings → Account. The "Computers and Tablets" section.
  3. Scan the QR code in your message.help account using the Viber camera.
  4. Done—the channel is connected, and you can now use it to communicate with customers.
