Message Help Messenger

Messenger is a section or application of your Personal Cabinet that is used to communicate with clients through all the communication channels associated with your project.

You can access it by entering Message.Help CRM

The following settings are available in the Messenger:

• Employee connection template
• Employee disconnect template
• Time of the automatic disconnection of the employee from the dialog, after the last message
• Employee name, for templates

It is possible to remove all dialogs from the need to check and mark all messages as read

You can also write to the client first (this option is available only for WhatsApp channel and number Telegram) by clicking the button to create a new dialog and then enter the required number:
