Instructions: How to Connect a Facebook Channel

Step 1. Add the channel to your plan

1. Go to the My Plan section.
2. Open your plan settings and select the Channels tab.
3. Click “Add Channel” and select Facebook from the list of available channels.

Step 2. Proceed to channel authorization

1. Go to Settings → Channels.
2. Find the Facebook channel you added in the list and open it.
3. Proceed with channel authorization.

Step 3. Authorize the channel

1. Click the "Log in with Facebook" button.
2. In the Facebook tab that opens, select the desired business portfolio and page.
3. Confirm that Message.Help can access the necessary permissions.
4. Done—the channel is connected, and you can now use it to communicate with customers.
