The AI assistant helps your team and customers:
After enabling the services, refresh your settings and go to “Settings” → “AI Bot Settings.”
Who the Assistant Will Communicate With
Define the customer base that the assistant will respond to. Most often, a test audience is created at the start to safely test scenarios.
Use information from the “Main Menu” template
If necessary, use your project’s “Main Menu” as a knowledge base for the assistant’s responses.
Operating Hours
Set the time frame during which the assistant will respond. If left blank, responses will be available 24/7.
Bot Name, Company, and Description
Specify how the assistant introduces itself, the company name, and a brief description of its activities.
Online Booking
Allow the assistant to create appointments in Altegio as needed.
Message header and footer
Add short standard phrases to the beginning and end of messages. For example, a note indicating that the AI is responding.
Tone and style of communication
Select the communication tone and text formatting rules. For example, always use uppercase letters or allow lowercase letters in an informal style.
Role and tasks of the AI
Define the assistant’s primary role: sales, scheduling, or support. This influences the instructions and scripts.
The AI can sell services, schedule appointments, and provide technical support.
The Ideal Script
Describe a dialogue scenario in accordance with the selected role. This serves as the foundation for appropriate responses.
Training the Assistant
Attach a file describing services, prices, and customer processes. Do not include internal instructions for the AI.
Almost done! All that’s left is to click “Final Prompt – View” and follow these steps: "Edit - Generate Prompt - Copy and paste the prompt into the text field - Save"
This will automatically apply your Assistant’s settings to the prompt (IMPORTANT! We do not recommend making manual changes to the prompt; it’s better to generate it automatically and leave it as is).
