Loyalty Customers

"Loyalty Customers" Section

This section displays all customers who have received a loyalty card. Here, you can manage existing customers and issue cards to new ones.

Issuing Cards

You can issue a card manually by clicking the “Issue Cards” button in the top right menu of the “Loyalty Customers” section. 

A window for issuing a card will open:

Here, you can either issue cards to customers who have messaged on any of the project’s connected channels, or upload a file with customer numbers—the cards will be sent to them via WhatsApp.

View Transactions

You can view a list of all transactions made using the project’s bonus cards.

Managing Customer Accounts

By clicking on a customer, you can open their Customer Profile and process a purchase, credit, or points redemption transaction. You can also view card information and transaction history.
The corresponding subsections on the right display the history of messages sent to the customer specifically regarding loyalty notifications, as well as a list of their referrals.
