Our service includes notifications for various events, which are sent to our clients from our service number if this feature is enabled in the project settings.
To configure notification settings for employees, go to the “Settings – Employee Notifications” section in your personal account on our website:
Next, select the employee for whom you want to configure notifications by clicking the “Configure” button.
On the employee’s settings page, you can select the delivery channel using the “Channel” option (WhatsApp or Telegram) and enter the phone number where notifications will be sent (the “Number to which notifications will be sent” field):
You can enable the following types of notifications:
Re-authorization for various channels – a notification about the need to re-authorize the project, which is sent to the employee if authorization has expired on one of the project’s communication channels.
End of subscription – a notification about the need to pay for the project, sent a few days before the current service subscription expires (a 1-day advance notification is enabled by default).
Activation of trust payment – a notification sent after trust payment is enabled.
End of trust payment – a notification that the trust payment has expired.
In addition to notifications, you can also configure the sending of reports on your project’s activity in the “Reports” subsection (statistics on sent notifications and messages in general):
Daily – a report for the previous day.
Weekly – a report for the past week.
Monthly – a report for the past month.
In addition, you can choose whether an employee will receive an extended report or a standard one.
