To add a new sales funnel and work with it, follow these steps: Go to the “Sales Funnels” section - Expand the list of funnels - Click the “Create Funnel” button
The funnel editing window provides tools to modify and customize the workspace to suit your needs.
To enter edit mode, open the desired funnel, then go to “Actions” and select “Edit Funnel.”
"Altegio Funnel" Settings
Altegio Funnel — if you’re using the Altegio integration and sales funnels within the same project, this feature allows you to track visits and lead statuses directly within the sales funnels.
After enabling this feature, several additional settings become available, such as:
New Customers Only
Synchronize deals with Altegio
Altegio Branch
New customers only
If you enable this setting, a deal in this funnel will be created only once during the customer’s first visit. If the customer is booked again, the current deal will simply change its status.
Deal Synchronization with Altegio
This feature allows you to synchronize status changes in Altegio with changes in the funnel stage. In other words, when a deal is moved from the “Waiting for Customer” stage to the “Customer Arrived” stage, the record in Altegio will automatically update its status accordingly.

If more than one branch is linked to your project, you’ll be able to select a branch within the funnel. This way, you can distribute deals across different branches into different funnels.
