How to unsubscribe a user from a mailing

A client can unsubscribe from your bot's notifications by writing the @ command in chat with it, if you use the main bot menu within your project.

There is also a possibility to unsubscribe a client from notifications using a special functionality in the messenger of our service. To do this, you need to go to the messenger (https://message.help/app/messenger) and find a dialog with the desired client:

 

After that you need to go to the dialog and open editing of the contact card by clicking on the special icon on the right side of the screen:

 

In the opened client card, you should select the "Notifications" section:

 

To unsubscribe the client from all notifications, you need to enable the "Unsubscribe from all categories" option by clicking on the switch on the right. If necessary, clients can be unsubscribed only from certain categories of notifications by clicking on the switch next to the category name and saving the changes using the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
