Task tracker

CRM is designed for organized communication with clients and execution of unconventional tasks related to your service (for example, reminding an employee to suggest a client to follow up for an additional service in your branch).

 

To use the CRM functionality, you need to go to the "Messenger" section in the personal cabinet of our website and then select the "Tasks" tab

You can add a task by clicking the "New task" button under the required date or by using the separate "Create task" button located in the upper right corner of the screen:

You can set the following parameters when creating a task

- Task category (you can set the categories manually);

- Task description (description of actions to be performed);

- Bind to client (here you can specify which client this task concerns);

- Responsible employee (the Messenger operator who should perform the task and in whose schedule it will be displayed);

- Date (day and time of task execution)

In addition to the above functionality, you can filter tasks by various parameters (who is responsible for their execution, how the task was created - manually or automatically, what category the task belongs to):
