Getting started Message Help

To create a project after registering with message.help, you should go to your personal workspace on our website and click on the Create Project button:

After that, the project creation window will open, where you will have to specify the necessary project name (if you need to change it later, you can contact technical support and we will rename your project), the name of your legal entity, the language of templates (this setting will be used for commands of the main bot menu, as well as for templates of notifications on records in case of Altegio integration):

You can choose from the following ready-made integrations:

  • Altegio - integration that allows you to automate interaction with clients in this service, as well as to perform bulk messages to the client base.

  • amoCRM (Kommo) - integration that will help you to communicate with clients using additional communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Viber) in the amoCRM service interface.

  • Bitrix24 - integration for communication with clients using communication channels available for connection in our service.

  • Altegio + amoCRM (Kommo) - a combined integration that combines the functionality of the two integrations listed above.
  • Messenger + Mass Mailings - integration that does not interact with third party services. With this option you can communicate with your customers through different communication channels within the interface of our site, as well as allow you to make mass mailings.
  • Without integration - creating a project without any integration. It allows you to create an empty project and then determine the addition of functionality according to your needs.

In the second step of the project creation, you will be offered to connect the necessary channels. You should select the channels you want to connect by checking the checkboxes:

After selecting the channels, a third step will appear, where you will have to enter your phone number (to receive further service notifications regarding your project) and the time zone where you live (this setting is relevant for the integration with Altegio, as reminders before a visit at a fixed time must be created taking into account the time zone):

After the third step, the creation of the project is complete, all you need to do is authorize the channels you have connected:
