Integration with Viber is available only in Ukraine, Slovenia and Hungary.
You can send paid messages regarding appointments to your clients. Responses do not appear in your personal cabinet.
Cost: Sending a message costs less than a euro, about 0.05 euros per message.
Sender name: Messages will be sent on behalf of "Expert". In the text of the message, specify the name and address of your company.
How to connect:
Go to the "My tariff" section of the website.
Add "Viber numbered" in the tariff settings.
To send messages, top up your balance via the button in the "My tariff" section.
To activate the sending, go to "Settings - Sending Channels" in your personal cabinet.
Activate Viberphone channel checkbox, then press “save”.
