- Letter to administrator - notifies the administrator about the selected item via message or call.
- Go to main menu - opens the main menu by the # command.
- Show Current Menu - displays the menu of the subsection you are in.
- Unsubscribe - stops sending notifications from the bot, @ command.
- Subscribe - starts sending notifications from the bot if the customer changes their mind about unsubscribing.
- Phone Number Request. The bot requests a phone number to send notifications via Telegram Bot, Instagram, Facebook Messenger integration.
- Booking in Altegio 1st branch and group services. Ability to book via chat without clicking on a link.
- Cancel booking in Altegio. The customer can cancel an appointment by responding to a reminder with a command with the cancel function (standard is the number 3).
- Confirmation of booking in Altegio. Responding to a reminder confirms the record (standard number is 1).
- List of client records in Altegio. Display active records to the customer's phone number in chat.
